Dear Future Host Family,
Hello! My name is Windi I am 19 years old. I come from Brebes Indonesia, and I am currently a Law student in Indonesia. I’m very excited to introduce myself and hopefully become a part of your family as your au pair.
Even though I study law, I truly enjoy spending time with children. Being around kids makes me happy because they are honest, curious, and full of energy. I have experience taking care of younger family members, helping them with homework, playing games, and simply being someone they can talk to. These small moments taught me how important patience, understanding, and kindness are when caring for children.
As a law student, I am used to being organized, responsible, and managing my time well. But outside of university, I am a cheerful and easygoing person. I love learning about different cultures, trying new food, and having meaningful conversations. That’s one of the main reasons I want to become an au pair — not only to help with childcare, but also to experience daily life in a new country and build a real connection with a host family.
I would be happy to help your children with:
• Preparing simple meals or snacks
• Getting ready for school
• Homework support
• Playing creative or educational activities
• Light household tasks related to the children
I hope to become like an older sister to your children — someone they feel comfortable with, who listens to them, supports them, and shares fun moments together. At the same time, I am also excited to share Indonesian culture, language, and traditions with your family.
