Hello, dear host family!

My name is Talitha, but you can call me Radnya. I’m 24 years old from Indonesia, and I enjoy simple things like being in nature, sharing meaningful moments, and spending time with children. I would love to be not just your au pair, but also like a big sister your children can feel comfortable with, laugh with, and grow with.

I want to become an au pair because I see it as more than just a program; it’s a chance to grow, experience a new culture, and become part of a family in a different country. I am also excited to improve my English and hopefully learn a new language along the way. Currently, I am also learning German during weekdays, as I enjoy challenging myself to learn new languages and cultures.

I truly enjoy being around children. Their curiosity, honesty, and energy always bring me joy. I would be happy to play with them, help with their daily routines, and create a warm and safe environment where they feel comfortable and supported. I also enjoy outdoor activities like walking, visiting parks, or simply spending time outside, and I would love to share these moments with your children in a fun and healthy way.

In my daily life, I also spend time doing volunteer work related to children, usually on weekends at orphanages. This experience allows me to connect more deeply with children, understand their needs, and create a caring and supportive environment for them.

I believe I would be a good match for your family because I am responsible, patient, and adaptable. I respect family values and routines, and I will do my best to support your daily life. At the same time, I hope to bring positive energy into your home and build a genuine connection with your family.

For my experience, I have interacted with children of different age groups through community and educational activities. During my internship as an assessor and facilitator in the Tsunami Ready Community program, I engaged with children aged 4–10 years old and teenagers aged 13–15 years old. I spent time talking with them, playing together, and creating a friendly and comfortable environment.

I also participated in activities at elementary schools, where I helped introduce simple knowledge through fun and interactive methods such as games and group activities. In addition, during my community service program (KKN), I worked with kindergarten and elementary school children by playing with them, assisting with activities, and helping create a positive and enjoyable atmosphere.

Through these experiences, I developed patience, communication skills, and the ability to connect with children in a caring and attentive way. Most importantly, I learned how to make them feel safe, happy, and comfortable.
