Dear Host Family,

My name is Athina, I’m 22 years old and I come from Greece.I studied Political Science and Public Administration and during my studies, I also took French lessons, which I really enjoyed. I’ve always been interested in languages and other cultures, and now I would truly love to live the Au Pair experience.I would love to be part of a new family, discover daily life in France, and share beautiful moments with children. I would also like to improve my everyday French and for me, the most joyful and creative way to develop my language skills is by spending time with children. Their energy, spontaneity, and affection make every day feel special and through play, stories, conversation and shared moments. I’ve always had a special connection with kids, and I believe we become real friends.

I’m used to taking care of children, especially my two little cousins (aged 6 and 9), whom I looked after regularly back in Greece. We did homework together, went on walks, played, drew, read stories in French and English, and sang songs. As I speak English fluently (C2 level – Proficiency), I’d also be happy to help your children with English or even Greek through fun games and activities, if you'd like.

I’m friendly, open-minded, helpful, and very attentive to children’s needs. I adapt easily to new environments and always do my best to create a safe, warm, and happy atmosphere for the kids.
