Dear Host Family,

My name is Ben Nargila. I am 24 years old, and I am from Turkmenistan. I graduated from Ahi Evran University in Turkey with a degree in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation. During my studies, I had the opportunity to work as an au pair and babysitter both in Turkey and currently in Germany. Right now, I am working as an au pair for a family in Germany, taking care of four children: three girls and one boy. The oldest is 10 years old, followed by an 8-year-old, a 6-year-old, and the youngest is a 4-year-old boy.

I have extensive experience working with children, especially with younger age groups. Throughout my time in both Turkey and Germany, I have developed a passion for helping children grow emotionally and socially. I believe in providing a safe and nurturing environment for children, where they can explore and learn through fun and educational activities. I enjoy organizing games, storytelling, arts and crafts, and outdoor activities that not only entertain but also contribute to their development.

I am a patient, creative, and caring individual. I understand the importance of effective communication with children and the need for a personalized approach to each child's needs. In the families I have worked with, I always made sure to create a strong bond with each child, ensuring that they felt heard and understood. I focus on helping children feel confident, happy, and comfortable, all while making learning an enjoyable experience.

In my free time, I enjoy dancing, listening to music, and going for nature walks. These activities help me stay active and provide additional opportunities for fun and bonding with children. I also enjoy cooking and making healthy meals, which is something I believe is important when taking care of children's nutritional needs.
