Dear Family,

My name is Sanna, and I’m a 25-year-old British/Dutch au pair with a warm, outgoing personality and a real passion for working with children. I come from a large, close-knit family, which has shaped me into a very family-oriented, responsible, and caring person. With many younger siblings and parents who have been foster carers for years, I’ve grown up in a busy, loving household where helping out and looking after others has always come naturally.

Professionally, I have experience working as a nanny for private households through Greycoat Lumleys, caring for children of various ages. In addition to this, I’ve also worked as a ski rep for school groups, including groups of children with Special Educational Needs (SEN). That role taught me a lot about patience, adaptability, and the importance of creating a supportive, inclusive environment for every child to feel safe and confident.

Before working with children, I graduated and started my career in finance, but I chose to follow a more fulfilling and active lifestyle. I’m now a full-time seasonaire and spend my winters in the mountains, where I ski and snowboard as much as I can. I absolutely love the outdoors and staying fit, whether that’s hiking, swimming, or just being on the move.

I’d describe myself as bubbly, energetic, and positive—someone who can bring both fun and structure to a household. As an au pair, I’m looking to become part of a family where I can be a supportive, trustworthy presence for both the children and parents. I understand the importance of routine, flexibility, and building genuine connections with children.
