Hello! My name is Emily. I’m 17 years old and will be turning 18 in July. I’m currently working towards getting my driver’s license this summer, which I’m very excited about.
A bit about me:
-I love spending time with children, and have worked part time in an English speaking preschool and local daycare.
-I enjoy cooking and baking, and I would be happy to share my passion with you.
-I’m a very open, empathetic, and kind person.
-In my family we are very open so I enjoy discussing different subjects and value honesty and trust.
-I grew up in a bilingual family and have excellent English and Finnish skills.
-I enjoy doing various activities indoors and outdoors e.g. hiking, playing basketball, playing football, swimming, arts and crafts, reading and playing board games.
I've always enjoyed travelling and getting to know new people, which is why I decided to become an au pair. I've learnt a lot about the French culture through my boyfriend who lives in the Loire Valley and I’m interested in learning more. I hope to study in France one day and gain a degree in International marketing.
I would also like to attend a French course in my free time which if possible would be funded by the host family. A clear and honest contract is important to me.
