Hello dear host families, my name is Nikol and I am currently 22 years old. I come from the Czech Republic and I live close to the capital city Prague. I'd like to take this opportunity to meet some lovely families and their wonderful children. We could also learn a lot about each other's cultures - I am very flexible and adaptable when it comes to a new environment. I don't have much experience with childcare yet, but I am a fast and eager learner. I studied hospitality at high school, so I'm also good at cooking and doing some housework. I also studied diplomacy and politics at University of Economics and Business in Prague for a year before I decided to withdraw from the studies. My interests consist of cooking, baking, working out, literature and also learning foreign languages, that's also why I'd like to try being an au-pair and live with a foreign host family.

My personality type is INFJ-T. I get the best of both words; I like to socialise and have fun with my family, friends or acquaintances but I also enjoy time alone. I think that I'm an easy-going person and get on well with anybody. I appreciate both humour and thoughtfulness. I'd say that I'm a reliable and honest person and I try to approach problems with clear head and logically.

I like to spend my free time with my friends and family. My hobbies consist of cooking and baking which I've been doing since I turned 12 years old. I enjoy music, literature, gardening and taking care of indoor plants. I like art so I occasionally visit art galleries and museums. Animals occupy a lot of my free time as well as we have two dogs and one water turtle in our household, we also take care of four stray cats that live in our garden and that we treat as our own. Lately I've started working out which became one of my favourite activities.

I don't have any experience with child care yet, but I am a fast and eager learner. I'm very confident in my abilities to quickly pick on any tasks given to me and that I am capable of taking care of a child with some guidance at the start.
