My name is Marilyn Silva and I am 21 years old.
I'm sure you'll read a lot of these letters from potential AU PAIRs, but rest assured, you won't regret reading about my reasons why I want to be an au pair.
I currently live with my parents and my 14-year-old brother. I live in San Gil Santander, a very touristic town where you find spaces to do extreme sports and very nice places to go with your family, such as the main park where the cathedral is located, Parque Gallineral, Pozo Azul and among others.
My other 24 year old brother is in the military, my father is a cootrasangil driver, my mother is the head of the family and she is independent with her handicrafts company and I am a nurse, I love my profession.
Some time ago before graduating I worked shifts in the pediatrics area, I love being in charge and taking care of children, I like to entertain them, make them have a pleasant time and make them feel good about me.
In my free time I like to cook, play volleyball, go to the gym and read, I want to be able to get to know the library in depth in English.
My desire is to become your next AU PAIR because I love children and I really like taking care of them them, teaching them new things and making them feel happy... Knowing that this entails having a very big responsibility with them. . Since not everything will always be just fun.
I am a responsible, calm, confident person and above all full of patience and this will help me master or face any difficult situation, for example when children are exhausted or do not want to listen to me.
