Introduction
Hello! I’m a passionate Educator, Art/Eco Therapist, and Artist with over six years of experience living and working in Central America. During this time, I’ve developed and led a grassroots education initiative for Maya and international children, blending art, nature connection, ancestral traditions, music, and holistic education. My mission has always been to nurture the innate curiosity, emotional intelligence, and resilience of children while encouraging a deep reverence for the Earth.
I’ve worked across diverse communities — from the jungles of Costa Rica, where I co-led a project to install a rainwater catchment system at a remote school, to the shores of Lake Atitlán, where I created and facilitated multi-lingual, heart-based learning spaces rooted in eco-literacy, play, and creative expression. I also offer Art and Eco Therapeutic Services for children, weaving mindfulness and emotional support into everything I do.
Before moving to Central America, I cared for one beloved child as a nanny for four years, from toddlerhood through early childhood, becoming a steady presence in the family’s life. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Diploma in Early Childhood Education, with extensive school and community-based experience as well.
I’m now seeking a meaningful connection with a family aligned with my values — one that cherishes creativity, presence, and a nature-based rhythm of life. I’d love to speak with you more about your vision for your child(ren) and see if we are a good match!
