Dear Host Family,
My name is Bruna and I'm 27 years old. I live in Canoas, a big city in Rio Grande do Sul state, in Brazil, it is 20 minutes far from the capital Porto Alegre. I love to live here in Canoas, the people are very receptive, the culture is spectacular with immigrants italians and germans, we have beautiful beaches and a lot of mountains range with lovely landscapes.
At the moment, I live with my mom Léa she's 63 years old and with my brother Diogo, he's 32 years old and he works as a web developer, he spends most of his time at home working. My dad is a funny person his name is Gabriel and he's a lawyer, his wife Luciana is an adorable person! I have two more siblings, Bruno he's 25 years old and Isabelle she's 15 years old, they're the youngest and don't live with me. We all get along very well, including my mom and dad, they have always had a great friendship and great respect for each other! I also have an aunt who raised me as her child and I love her so much, we meet as often as possible. We also have a dog name Nina, she's a border collie, a puppy and full of energy!
In my free time, when I'm not studying, I like to go out with some friends, to go to malls, movie theaters, listen to music, go to the beach or to the mountain ranges, to get to know new places and watch movies, I love to do this! I like to spend time at home too, talking to my brother and my mother or visiting my father and my aunt. I consider myself a happy person, funny and happy, also very patient! I love to travel, it doesn't matter where, and I'm always listening to music.
In 2018 I started a physical therapy course and now I'm almost finishing it, just one year left. I love physical therapy, I've had many patients of all ages, and I have lots of fun with them! But before I finish school, I would like to get to know the world and learn english! I still haven't had the opportunity to go abroad and I intend to soon. My experience with children starts in 2020 when I was a babysitter of two children, a 3 year old and a 5 year old, I stopped working because I had to move to another city, but my main assignment was to play and take them for walks. I liked them very much, I had a lot of fun, they were adorable children!
