Hello, my name is Freya . I am 18 years old and currently live in Melbourne, Australia. I was born in the North of England and have always wanted to return. During my university break, I am hoping to spend a few months living and working in England as an au pair,while becoming part of a welcoming family and gaining valuable experience abroad. I finish university in for the year in October and would love to come to England as soon as the semester finishes and stay until late January/ early February

I am a friendly, responsible and caring person with extensive experience looking after children. I have regularly helped care for my younger siblings and have also babysat for other families. Through this experience, I have developed strong skills in supervising children, preparing meals and snacks, helping with routines, keeping children entertained, and creating a safe and positive environment.

I am patient, dependable and confident in taking responsibility. I understand the importance of following a family’s routines, communicating clearly with parents, and making sure children feel comfortable, supported and well cared for. I am also happy to assist with light household duties and help make daily family life easier.

In my spare time, I enjoy playing golf, sailing occasionally and baking. I would love to share these interests with the children, particularly through baking, creative activities, games and outdoor outings.
