My name is Lilit. I grew up in Russia and come from Armenia. Being raised in these two environments has given me a unique perspective on life, teaching me respect, responsibility, and the importance of supporting younger family members.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Law (Civil Law specialization) with honors and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree with honors. During my studies, I actively participated in international conferences and legal forums conducted in English, and my academic papers have been published in recognized journals. These experiences have helped me develop discipline, critical thinking, and strong communication skills, which I bring into every professional and personal interaction.
In addition to my academic background, I have professional experience working as a lawyer in an IT company. This role taught me strong organizational and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex information clearly - skills that are valuable when supporting children’s learning and managing daily routines effectively.
Beyond academics and professional experience, I am a calm, patient, and responsible person who values honesty, warmth, and open communication. I adapt quickly to new environments and feel comfortable in multicultural settings. I also have experience working with children, both as a tutor and as an older sister helping my younger sibling with homework and daily activities. These experiences have taught me patience, empathy, and the ability to explain concepts in a clear and engaging way, making learning enjoyable and effective.
I am motivated to become an Au Pair and Tutor because I genuinely enjoy working with children and supporting their intellectual and personal development. Education has always been important to me, and I believe that learning should inspire confidence and curiosity rather than cause stress. I would be delighted to help children improve their English, build confidence in their studies, and develop critical thinking skills in a supportive environment.
