Hi families! My name is Olivia, and I have a deep love for working with children and supporting them as they grow, learn, and express themselves. I am currently a Community Education and Social Change major at UMass Amherst, where my studies have strengthened my understanding of child development, communication, and creating inclusive, supportive learning environments. Working with children is not just a job for me—it is something I have been passionate about for most of my life.

I have extensive hands-on experience with children of many different ages and backgrounds. I have worked at a Polish school for most of my life, primarily with children ages 3–5, where I helped create a safe, engaging environment through play-based learning, routines, and cultural education. I have also worked at a Spanish bilingual summer school, where I supported children in both English and Spanish while encouraging creativity, confidence, and cross-cultural learning. Currently, I work at an after-school program where I care for and engage children ranging from ages 3 to 13, helping with activities, supervision, homework, and social development.

In addition to my childcare experience, I love to travel and learn about new cultures. Becoming an au pair feels like the perfect opportunity to combine my passion for working with children with my love for cultural exchange and meaningful connections. I am responsible, patient, and caring, and I take pride in being someone families can trust.
