Hello! I’m Karissa — nice to meet you!

I’m a caring, patient, and responsible 19-year-old from the United States, and I’m excited to become an au pair for a family who speaks English. I have always loved working with children and supporting their growth, confidence, and creativity.

I have around 5 years of experience caring for kids of all ages — from infants to 6-year-olds — and I currently work in a daycare where I help create a safe, calm, and nurturing environment every day. I’m very gentle, organized, and easygoing, but I also love keeping kids entertained and engaged.

One of my favorite parts of working with children is watching them learn new things. I enjoy bringing fun activities like crafts, puzzles, games, and simple educational projects to help them grow while having fun. I love being active, creative, and making every day feel special for the kids I care for.

I am CPR and First Aid certified, and I have completed coursework in early childhood development. Safety, communication, and routine are important to me, and I always try to adapt to each child’s individual needs.

As an au pair, I’m excited to experience family life in a new place, learn from your culture, and help make your home run smoothly. In return, I hope to find a warm, English-speaking family who values open communication, kindness, and trust.
