Hello! My name is Karina, I’m 22 years old and originally from Russia. I speak Russian, English, and German, and I bring 8 years of childcare experience with me. Over the years, I’ve worked with children of all ages—from infants as young as 3 months to toddlers, school-aged children, and teenagers. I’m passionate about supporting kids through every stage of their development and truly enjoy being a part of their everyday lives.

I believe in creating a safe, warm, and joyful environment where children feel free to fully be themselves. I follow a gentle parenting approach with a strong focus on emotional support and encouraging independence. I love crafting, singing songs, reading, imaginative play, and helping with homework—whatever helps a child grow, learn, and feel confident. I also enjoy being active and outdoors, and I often incorporate nature walks, games, and exploration into daily routines.

In addition to my nanny experience, I spent a year and a half volunteering in Germany with individuals with disabilities, giving me meaningful experience supporting children with special needs. I’m easygoing, flexible, and naturally build strong connections with kids and families. I also hold a driver’s license and feel confident driving with children.
