Dear host family,
My name is Aliza, and I am writing to you with a great desire to become a part of your wonderful family. I am 23 years old. This year, in the summer of July 13, I will turn 24, I live in Kyrgyzstan, namely in the village of Chui. I want to share with you my experience of working with children, which is an integral part of my life.
From the very beginning of my career, I discovered my vocation in working with children. I had the opportunity to work as an English tutor from 2020 to 2022. I had a student named Yasmina, whom I taught online and offline English. I still have a good relationship with her. From 2023 to the present day, I have been working for the Taiwan Charitable Foundation for Children and Families as a social worker and project manager. In addition to working with families, I am also responsible for the teens program (2024), summer camp (2023), and the Children program (2023). These programs are aimed at working with teenagers from 10 to 15 years old. Each program has its own specific goals and objectives for improving children's skills. Remembering some of them, I can enthusiastically talk about the Children's Summer Camp program I was responsible for this program, in which 150 children from families registered with the foundation aged 10 to 12 went to a five-day camp on Lake Issyk-Kul. At the end of the camp, the children learned how to work in a team, made many friends, instilled good habits and, most importantly, learned polite communication. During these five days, we became one big family.
In working with children, I have always tried to build trusting relationships by listening to them, understanding their needs and supporting their interests. I am also actively developing my skills in communication, patience, and understanding child development psychology. My goal is not only to be present in their lives, but also to inspire them to strive for self—development and self-expression.
Also I helped my aunt with her newborn, taking care of feeding, changing diapers, and soothing the baby. I also prepared bottles for feeding and ensured his safety and comfort. Additionally, I assisted with bathing and dressing the baby, calming him when he cried, and playing with him to develop his motor skills. This experience taught me to be attentive, caring, and patient, and I am confident that I can apply these skills in caring for your children.
Outside of work, I find pleasure in my hobbies and hobbies. I am fond of drawing because drawing gives me energy and inspiration for creativity and active communication with children.
