Hello host family,
My name is Feldina, I am 24 years old, and I come from Indonesia. I graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Biology Education two years ago. I have more than 3 years of experience as a biology tutor, and over 10 years of experience teaching and guiding children aged 4–12 in a Madrasah (community-based learning center), where I supported children in developing reading skills, discipline, kindness, and responsibility through games, storytelling, and structured daily activities. In addition, I often take care of my cousins who are 2 and 6 years old, and I truly enjoy spending time with children. These experiences have helped me become patient, responsible, and creative in connecting with children.
I am very excited about becoming an au pair in the Netherlands because I would love to learn the language and culture, while also sharing my own culture with my host family. I see this experience as a meaningful cultural exchange that will help me grow personally and become more independent.
