Hi! I’m Laiza from the Philippines

I’m really excited to introduce myself and hopefully become your au pair! I’m someone who loves being around people, trying new things, and making the people around me feel comfortable and cared for.
I have almost three years of experience working in a hotel, where I learned to be responsible, patient, organized, and flexible. Working with different kinds of guests has taught me how to stay calm, communicate well, and always be ready to help. I think these experiences have also prepared me to become a responsible and caring au pair.
I’ve also helped take care of my cousin’s little boy, and I genuinely enjoy spending time with children. I like playing with them, keeping them entertained, helping with their routines, and being someone they can feel safe and comfortable with. I’m not expecting everything to be perfect—I’m excited to learn what works best for your family and your children.
One of the biggest reasons I want to become an au pair is the chance to experience life in another country while becoming part of a family. I would love to learn about your culture, traditions, food, and everyday life, while also sharing a little bit of Filipino culture with you.
I’m hoping to find a host family where we can treat each other with respect, communicate openly, laugh together, and create good memories. I may be new to being an au pair, but I’m willing to learn, help, and give my best every day.
And of course, I’m also excited for the little things—family dinners, weekend activities, playing with the kids, exploring new places, and hopefully becoming the kind of au pair your children will remember with a smile.
