Hello, dear Host Family!
My name is Princess Claire, but you can call me Chin or Clara. I am 25 years old and I am from the Philippines. I currently still live here in the Philippines with my single mother, and I grew up as an only child on a peaceful farm. Growing up in a simple and hardworking environment taught me to be responsible, humble, patient, and appreciative of the little things in life.

I have experience taking care of children because I often looked after my younger cousins, nephews, and nieces age ranges months old to teens. During my four years in college, I also had the meaningful opportunity to care for a child with special needs who has autism. That experience taught me so much about patience, understanding, compassion, and responsibility. It also helped me understand that every child is unique and deserves love, attention, and encouragement.

I genuinely enjoy spending time with children and would love the opportunity to become a caring, positive, and supportive person in their lives. I can ride a bicycle, help with light household chores, and I am always willing to learn new things. I am respectful of different cultures and family traditions, and I am ready to adapt to your family's routines and way of life.

I would especially love to have the opportunity to become an au pair in Denmark, Finland, Norway, Austria, or Luxembourg, although I am also open to learning about other possibilities if there is a wonderful family who feels that we could be a good match.

For me, becoming an au pair is not simply about traveling to another country. It is about becoming part of a family, caring for children, sharing my own culture, learning from another culture, and building a genuine relationship based on trust, respect, and kindness. I would be very grateful for a family who is willing to give me a chance, especially because I am starting this journey from the Philippines.
