Nanny job description

My daughter, Sophie, was born June 26th, 2008 and I am currently on maternity leave due to start back to work January 5th, 2009. I am looking for a nanny with at least three years of previous nanny experience or has already raised a family of your own that can watch/play/hang out with Sophie full-time Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday each week at our home in Münsingen (near Bern). Any special talents that you have (artistic, music, language, etc) will be greatly appreciated.

Our family is made up of mom (me) originally from America and living in Switzerland since 8 years, daddy from Fribourg, Switzerland and little Sophie born in June 2008. Sophie is lovely and full of smiles. We are a down to earth family that like to travel, like the outdoors, and life's little adventures.
