Au Pair job description

We are a Dutch/ American family in Bloemendaal, Netherlands seeking an Aupair for whom we are willing to apply for a 1-year visa for The Netherlands. The age at filing the request must be before the Aupairs' 26th Birthday. We have 2 boys and father is frequently away on business. Mom does a home schooling program with the youngest child. We live in a pleasant town close to the beach and the city of Haarlem is 10 minutes by bike and Amsterdam is 15 minutes away by train. Dutch and English our spoken in the home and the children understand both fluently.
