Au Pair/Nanny job description

We are currently looking for a nanny Monday through Friday basically 12 -4pm.d an occasionally a weekend night or special occasion. We have 2 boys ages 9 and 10. Our son who is 10 has Autism and I homeschool him so this is so I can go pick up my other son from school and run to the grocery. I would love to find someone who could be long term. Family's Message to Au Pairs and Nannies

Hi there! We are looking for a person who is loving, calm natured, loves kids and dogs. some knowledge of Autism would be great!, but not required. because my oldest is autistic, a calm, very loving nanny would work best for our house. my kids like to draw and color, lots of outside play, Legos, TV, cooking [adult supervision of course] as far as how we handle disputes...we are in a different league than most families..having a child that may not understand his actions and one that does....we do the best we can to keep things even on that relm....but we aren't perfect.
