40-something family, primarily Polish, living in Poland. Family speaks English, German, Polish, Russian, and Swedish. Looking for a female Au Pair. Our aupair will not need to have a driver's license. Light housekeeping is required, and we will not accept an aupair that smokes.
We would like you to be our daughters' big sister and take care of them. We would like them to grow open-minded, appreciating cultural diversity, getting to communicate in foreign languages. Your duties would preferably cover the assistance in the morning (wake-up, washing, dressing up, common breakfast, getting Marta to the kindergarten ), the afternoon - getting Marta from the kindergarten, playing with the girls, and spending time in the evening (definitely you wouldn't be alone doing all that - we would be there as well ) . As you see most of the time during the day would be at your disposal - we can help you find something interesting. I presume that we would actively spend weekends together. And if this would be the right time - we would naturally go for vacation together. We try to get the girls to take care themselves of the order in their room and around them but if you could encourage them and supervise that it would be fine.
Family's Message to Au Pairs
Hi For a while now we have been thinking about letting our daughters enjoy having a big sister coming from another culture and spending with us some time over here in Warsaw, Poland. Together with our dog (Lab named Mela) and cat (Keza) we live in a pretty large house at the outskirts of the city close to a forest. So far we have not had any au pair with us but we believe it is a superb idea on many different levels. So let's try to make most (fun) of it!
