| Family's Message to Au Pairs and Nannies |
| We are a family that have had really good experiences with our previous nannies. We believe in open and direct communication so both parties know what can be expected. Also when one of two parties is unhappy about something we believe in dealing with it straight away by discussing it openly. We have two girls of five and seven who go to school and a nearly 4 year old boy who goes to play school three mornings. We like our nanny to show initiative and are generally pretty easy-going. Also we look to build a longer term relationship pref. 12months |
