Au Pair/Nanny job description

Dear Aupair. We are seeking an experienced aupair or nanny to join our busy, happy family living in Penang with 3 young boys, 2 who go to school. I need help with looking after my children, dressing and getting ready for school, preparing snacks & lunches, looking after my baby while I take his brothers to and from school, and helping with bedtime routine at the end of day. We are looking for someone to do fun activities with children, eg play dough, dressups, play ball, singing, reading, drawing, and also help me with children at playground and swimming. If you have a car license, then maybe you can occasionally drop the children off at school using my car. On occasions we go out at night, I need someone who can take care of children, and contact us if there are any problems. I also need help with cleaning, tidying and laundry. We do travel during holidays and would like to take you with us sometimes.

Dear Au Pair We are very friendly and caring family, who have lived in Jakarta and Singapore previously, and have had Indonesian nanny's work for us. I can speak a little Behasa Indonesia and would like to improve. Maybe you can teach the children some Indonesian songs. As a family, we like to spend time outdoors, swimming, snorkelling, sailing, flying kites, beaches, exploring, cycling, and my husband & I enjoy scuba diving. I need someone who can be fun & loving, but also firm and ensure good manners and behaviour from children. It is really important to us, that you support us in helping our children grow up to be good men, and to respect all people. You will get a warm welcome in our family, and will laugh at the antics of our children while enjoying a beautiful part of the world here in Penang.
