Au Pair's Message to Families

Dear Family, Thanks for clicking and get to know me. I am a 25 years old fun-loving and caring young woman from Hong Kong and am currently a second year English language teacher in a local secondary school. I love travelling and enjoy different cultures. I have found that it is very interesting to know the mentalities of people from different cultural backgrouds. Working in Hong Kong is very tensed so I hope to put a pause to it for an year and experience life taking another role in another country. Besides teaching in secondary schools, I have taught primary school pupil (6-11) in part-time basis and I took child psychology and did some babysitting when I went on an exchange programme to the U.S. some years ago. Kids generally like me as a teacher or a big sister. I have learnt to be strict with kids from my first year of teaching. Besides spending time with kids, I am prepared to do some light housework abd prepare for meals. Since there is no need to have a car in Hong Kong. I do not have a driving license but I can obtain one if it is needed. I enjoy arts and crafts, reading, swimming and dancing. I am learning scuba diving and some Spanish now.
