Nanny's Message to Families

Dear families!!! :) My name is Maimouna, Im a 26 years old and im from France. I come from a family of nine so im pretty much very use to be around kids!!! :) In the US, I have been au pair for 2 years in Bethesda MD working for the same family and I loved it, I was taking care of 2 sweet girls that i really miss a lot, for i try to see them as much as i can :)!!! I enjoyed so much seeing them learning and growing. When the girls were at school, i used to drive in the morning and pick them up in the afternoon, give them the snack, driving them to their after school activities, do in the homeworks, help with the dinner ad the bath. I spent most of the day with them when they were on holidays doing some activities or driving then at the camp, helping them doing their homeworks, picking them up, helping with the dinner and the bath... Then worked for 3 month for another family taking care of their 3kids! Also i did a lot of babysitting while I was available on my spare time with many kids from new borns to teenagers! I went back to france for 5month and now i am back as a student at montgomery college :) I take late afternoon/evening classes (from 5pm to 6.15pm mondays and wednesdays and from 5pm to 9.20pm on tuesdays and thursdays and I don't have class on fridays) so the rest of my time is pretty flexible (also in the mornings from 7 to 9 am i help the family i live with to get the kids ready for school but still they are flexible too so i can be available a little before 9) My school schedule can be changed from next semester so if you need we can also work on that! I don't drink or smoke. I'm more laid back. My job always comes first, even though I am still young!!! I like to spend time with friends, hanging out or just being home relaxing watching TV or being on my laptop! I am a helpful person, easy going and calm, I pride myself on being respectful and it has always been great so far. I'm flexible and very independent. I have my MD driving license but don't have a car. If you are looking for an experienced, caring, responsible, patient, hard working nanny who loves to laugh, teach, play, do activities then here I am! I enjoy and have much experience taking care of children of many ages. I have excellent references. I've been working for many years now, I started when I was 15.
