I'm looking for work as a personal assistant, nanny or tutor.

I'm computer literate and type between 70-80WPM. I have a good knowledge of design software. I am a strong communicator with excellent writing skills.

I have tutored children from the ages 7 - 13 in English, and really enjoy teaching and creating involving lesson plans.

I love children, and have experience looking after all ages. I enjoy cooking, and have experience taking care of children with food allergies and coeliacs, so am happy to take into consideration any special diet requirements when preparing meals if necessary.

I enjoy the outdoors, and love animals. In New Zealand I had many animals, including two horses, so would be very comfortable caring for any pets also.

I'm quite arty and like to give children activities that help them explore their creativity. On rainy days I enjoy baking (and cleaning the kitchen afterwards of course :) ) and allowing them to be imaginative with the icing and decorating. I believe reading is important for young children and make an effort to have a new story to read to them each day. I enjoy photography, and have my own camera, and think it's great for both the parents and the children to have a journal kept of activities the child has been doing. Most children have really enjoyed putting in and illustrating their photos and drawings, and contributing small stories about their day.

I am able to drive, but do not currently have an international license. If it is required as part of the job I am happy to get one though. I am happy to provide recent references.
