Yours is by far the best laid-out and most easy to navigate. It takes little time and is so easy to find candidates that match your particular interests. I LOVE that you are able to search candidates and find out if they are interested in you as well BEFORE paying a registration fee. I also like the fact that you have a complaints page and scam warnings. These features help weed out undesirable candidates. I must say that it has been an enjoyable experience.

The ability to select using key words is great and the in depth interview asks all the right questions. We have managed to find (or rather she found us!) a local girl who only lives a few miles away. She hopefully starts in a few weeks. I will use again if needed and recommend to friends.
