Family's Message to Au Pairs and Nannies

We are a host family registered with Cultural Care au-pair agency and we are looking for J-1 visa ready au-pair. Following are characteristics/skills we are looking for in au-pair that we listed in our application with Cultural Care: Responsible. Mature and independent problem solver. Self-motivated and initiative who can complete a task on her own. Neat and organized. Socially conservative. Experienced driver. We are looking for little more than just to have somebody "to watch" our daughter. We would like somebody who can challenge her mind and teach her. Background in teaching is preferable. Important qualities our au pair should possess: Must love children and have experience with young children. Energetic, sport oriented. Must be able to drive confidently and skillfully. Must be able to plan activities to fulfill each day. Can clean and cook: light cleaning and cooking will be required daily. Please let us know if you are interested.
