Au Pair/Nanny job description

Single parent family seeks creative, organized, kind, professional and energetic Nanny/aupair. Hours: 6-7 hours a day Monday to Friday. ( morning 1.5 & evening 4-8) Every Other Saturday from 4-8 Hours Duties: Light housework, keeping home tidy, laundry, cooking meals, walk the dog each day. ( We have a 15 pound Shitzu dog named Buddy.) Help with homework, making lunches, and getting Hailey off to school, be Hailey's friend and inspire her to great things. You will have use of our car. References, DL, and Criminal Record checks will be required and completed by Great Aupair. If you are a great Nanny then our Great family will truly appreciate you as a part of our family.

Family's Message to Au Pairs and Nannies

Dear Au Pair, My name is Danny and I am a single Dad with one daughter named Hailey. I have been raising her (with the help of Au Pairs) since October 2001. She is a very happy and pleasant little girl. She is a girly girl and does not like to do anything rough or getting dirty. Her hobbies are dance, brownies(girl scouts), tennis, swimming, and just playing with her friends. She does very well in school and her teachers tell me she is pleasure to have in the classroom. We live in a single family home in a nice neighborhood. We have a small dog named Buddy. I have a steady girlfriend for over 4 years and she has her own house but spend lots of weekend with us. We have had 5 different au pairs since July 2002. We are looking for one to stay with us for at least 2 years. We live a pretty quiet lifestyle and want to keep it that way.
