Family's Message to Nannies

I am a professional engineer with about 20 years of experience and am currently working for a start-up company. I'm originally from Oregon and have been living in California for the past 20 years. My wife is from Japan and started living in the United States since high school. We have been together now for over 7 years. We have a beautiful daughter Ellie who is now 22 months old. My wife is a full time Mom. Our daughter is very easy going baby girl who enjoys reading, playing in the park, and of course being around us. Ellie is a bit on the shy side, so it may take a few days for her to get used to you. Both my wife and I are very laid back, easy going people so we are very easy to get along with. We live in San Jose, California close by Evergreen Community College. We are expecting a baby boy in November and we would like to host an Au Pair to help take care of our daughter and the baby boy. We could hope that you could help during the day time week day for a few hours. We are flexible as far as schedule is concerned and we can work together to ensure that everyone's needs are met.
