Nanny's Message to Families

I am 20 years old. I absolutely adore children. I have been watching kids since I was one of them. I have been babysitting for about the last 10 years. I also have watched a group of about 10 children ages infant to 12 years old for a military support group. I have worked at a daycare for both summer camp and Pre-K. During the summers I have large groups for about 15 children ages 4-12 years. I worked on Pre-K for a full year mainly with the 18 months to 2 year olds. But also with children from 7 months to 5 years by myself and with a helper. Children are what I have always known. I do believe that a caretaker should connect well with the child and the parents. If the child or parent is not comfortable with me I understand. I do have transportation of my own. I do not smoke or drink. I am comfortable with pets as long as they are comfortable with me. I have 3 dogs and a cat. I do not mind doing light cleaning up after the children.
