because we have 14 years twin boys and a girl of 10, we are looking for a smart, experienced,indipendent and organized girl that can deal with teenagers and be a sort of "mother assistant" overlooking our kids in homeworks and afternnon activities while partents are at worke will have all mornings free, stating to pick up kids from school around 1. after lunch drive them to activities and overllok their homeworks.we ask for altenated fulltime weekends with us, because we normally go to mountains or lake contryside, e doen't have to take care of houseworks, but teach our kids to keep their room tidy and clean.during weekend when there is not the philippine maid she might help mum in preparing meals and tidy up kids rooms.we require full time work during school holidays because we normally go out of town in holiday places. we give an indipendent onebedroom apartament just 5 minuts walk from our house. we live in center of milano.
