Au Pair/Nanny job description

Looking for a nanny to help with housework and cooking as well as raising 2 children...a girl age 5 and a boy 7 mos old...homeschooled children. Dad works 5 days per week and mom works 2 days per week (24 hour shifts) so we will require a nanny that is flexible with hours worked. Some travel with us possibly required. We would like to have a nanny that speaks either French or Spanish or both (but both is not necessary!)
