Au Pair job description

Hi there we are in need of some help. We have three lovely children with the eldest two now at school and the youngest one just learning to walk and climb stairs. I am looking for an extra pair of hands to help with looking after the kids at the busiest of times, which is breakfast and teatime, some general housework, help with washing and ironing and also a couple of nights babysitting. A typical day would be getting the kids dressed for school and downstairs for breakfast. Washing up breakfast things, some housework. I would also want some help with my youngest child, which could be to go for a walk or playgroup. In the afternoon, We would pick the children up from school, and I would want the au pair to get tea ready for them, after which they do homework and then bedtime. I am looking for someone who can use their own initiative and is self motivated. I would also want two nights babysitting during the week.

I have three great kids who would truly love 'an older sister' and having an extra pair of hands would help me do things that I don't get the time to do anymore.
