However after much email and telephone contact, I have great concern about their intentions for any girl who takes the job. They told me they had already filled the position and would find the girl alternative employment on her arrival. When I expressed my reluctance to work as anything other than their aupair, their emails became rude and irrelevant, with talk of serial killers and politics. Furthermore, on the phone I have not been allowed to speak to 'Nina,' only a male voice. I know from experience that the south of Italy is not the safest of places for a foreign girl, and I suggest that you undertake great caution in considering a position as uncertain as this one. Comment   >> Posted: Aug 29 '07 by Nina in Lazio, Italy 1.This wonderful English immature paranoiac not only offended us but an entire country - south Italy - where despite millions of tourists and thousands of aupairs a single girl is in danger maybe in her latest Jack the Ripper(who lived in U.K. by the way) theory in her head- not in south Italy where she had negative experiences -she says-but still applies for a job in the same country . By the way her English or/and geography is bad too :- Rome where we live is not the south . 2.The deadly male voice she heard on phone is simply my relative's who speaks better English than me and prevents such types like this complainer to work for a normal family. If anyone wants to discover a limited intelligence or an idiot a simple joke about serial killers or politics is enough to scare halfwits who as any psychologist knows have a very limited sense of humour if at all. 3.Upon refusing her we out of sheer good manners told her about other jobs available to favor her and our friends who are more tolerant than us.
