| I received an email 3/21/2007 inviting me to be an aupair for the following family. It definitely sounds like a hoax (too good to be true) and possibly part of the Nigeria scandal noted throughout the website. Here is the email word for word:

On your days off you can enjoy the Nigerian sun on one of the many beautiful beaches just a short drive away. We also have a summer house by the lake which we would like you to spend some time with us in. We also have a maid who would assist you in seeing to the dietary needs of our kid. You would be given a weekly pocket money of $400 from our purse, which would be reviewed from time to time. We know the amount sounds very high but I and my wife had to agree with a good price to enable optimum performance from you, we love our son and would like the best for him. To this effect your residence shall be comfortably furnished within the Company housing estate. We are comfortable here as Chevron-Texaco Nigeria pays us well however we cannot work effectively and take care of our son hence our solicitation to you to come and Nanny for us.
