I was very good to her I always paid her on time.also she would leave early i would give her the same pay. When she was late I gave her the same pay. When my 4yr old daughter was not at the house for her to care for i didn't deduct from her pay. I paid her cell phone bill, I fed her. Anna doesn't know how to communicate she always go through her husband to tell her what should go on and what shouldn't she was not there because she loved kids it was all about the money anytime i need her extra hrs i would pay her extra but it was never enough on top of all the things that i give her for free payin the cell phone. i was very nice to her,and she abused her privlege just recently she began to give short one day notices that she needed to go to mexico, she didn't show up on two ocassion no call no show, she was late and didn't call she always brought her laptop/computer and was always on it and the phone that she coudn't get her duties done. i gave her access to my house and she has yet to return my key and the cell phone that i gave her. I try calling she won't answer. The sad part is that we are in law enforcement.
