But generally she is lazy and terrible at following directions. - She prefers to load the kids in the car in the rain than to park in the garage as requested. - The work day is 8:30am to 5:00pm but she gets upset if we ask her to work rather than sleep from 1pm-3pm when the kids are napping. - Not once did she complete the minimal house cleaning we asked of her, despite be reminded. - She would go out late at night (not a problem in itself) and then lie about where she'd been. - She left car doors and house doors unlocked. - We would make plans with her after hours (just to be nice) and then she would neither show up nor call. She is a nice girl and the kids liked her, but it makes for a strained relationship if you have to nag her to get her to do her job.
