We sent numerous e-mails and I spent over $700 USD on phone calls to her. She claimed to speak Mandarin (which was not true). Additionally, I hired an agency to bring her to America and paid some of their fees. After I spent a lot of money, she told them and me that she decided not to come because her friends were being refused. This turned out to be a lie. She decided to go to another country and did not want to be truthful with the agency or myself.
