While in our house, she disrespected our rules, used profanity, and chose not to learn from our other outgoing nanny (who was still actively employed), and cleaning lady, stating that she was a "professional" and did not need to learn. She was slovenly, and when we requested that she leave our house, she did not leave at the specified, mutually agreed upon time. She left a mess behind, and then demanded money from us subsequent to her departure for money that she felt she was owed, despite not having started her position and after we had provided free room and board. She was not a good role model for our children. She also said that she would try to blacklist our family on any au pair or nanny website to prevent us from hiring another nanny.
