This aupair asksed for $150 for traveling expenses for a train and food. He said he had the ticket from Botswana to the USA. He never arrived to San Francisco, CA. He was too good to be true. He used the same name Benard Baanelow w/ a different address. NEVER send money to any aupair. If they don't have the money for airfare and most of them don't, look for someone else. Reimburse after they have arrived, if that's the deal. I know this is hard & makes the search harder. I tell them, pay your airfare and if you stay 12 mos or longer, I will reimburse you half at time of leaving.
