This I found rather odd. I then contacted the reference she had given by phone and immediately became suspicious. Firstly I found it strange that it was a mobile phone, but more surprisingly the person that answered didn't sound American, or even have the full command of the English language. This reference was supposed to be the American wife, of an American soldier that was stationed in Germany and that she had worked for, for the last two years. (I hasten to add she was given a marvellous reference) I still not seeing the wood from the trees continued with her and it was whilst we were discussing her travel to the UK that she let slip in an email that her Grandmother was very ill. (Do you know where this is going yet!!) Then the very next email her Grandmother was so ill she needed surgery and she had to give her grandmother all her money to pay for the surgery. Although her grandmother was gravely ill she still wanted to come to us immediately because she "really misses not being with us", but could we send her £130.00 as she didn’t have the money for her travel now. I then looked on the Romanian Eurolines web site and saw that you could purchase a one way ticket for €99 (approximately £67.00) I emailed her this information and suggested that I could purchase her ticket online. Her reply was that I could buy the ticket but she will still need me to send her £70.00 before she would come as she may need to buy something to eat and drink on the journey. I had of course realised that she was trying to dupe me by now, but what incensed me most of all was the increasing aggression that she (if it even is a she) was showing in her emails. Danaxana savischi also known as Dana Roxy from Romania although it appears she is in Germany.
