Complaint >> Posted: Nov 23 '06 by Angela in England, United Kingdom |
| Had a very disturbing conversation with my 11 year old son about him losing his virginity to a boy at 8. He told my son how nice gay sex was and how everyone was doing that at his age. He then told my son not to tell me(his mother) what he had said. My son felt frightened and didn't want Graeme to look after him anymore. I reported the incident to the police but Graeme hadn't broken any law. I asked the police to come home with me and remove him from my home and they did. |

This has been taken completley out of context...yes i told him when i lost my virginity...which was really stupid but he was the one that asked me repeatedly to tell him and for some reason i thought if i just told him he would just stop asking me about it. The whole thing about me telling him how "great gay sex is" is completley fabricated and i said no such thing. Neither did i tell him that everyone was doing it at his age! i dont know who told him that one cause it certainly wasnt me, unless she thinks that me saying that stupid comment to him wasnt bad enough and has to add to it to make me look even worse.
Everything was going great with Robert, he seemed to really like me, he was nice and talkative and very curious boy, he asked me alot of questions about everything and anything and when it came to the virginity thing, i declined to tell him but he kept insisting and insisting and i ended up telling him mainly to shock him enough to let it go...I know it was stupid but in all honesty Angela took things way too far. To have me woken up by police banging on the door and doing police checks on me (which came back completley clean by the way) and then telling me to pack my things and leave immediatly at almost 11pm....i was out on the street with no where to go and i just managed to catch a train to somewhere where i could spend the night.

I must add by the way that Angela has had several au-pairs before me, all of whom didnt last more than a week, the first one was even verbally and emotionally abusive to Robert but she let him stay with her for another 4 days till she got him a coach home! and yet i say one stupid comment and i get thrown out on the street by the police! and have my name run through the mud on here. You know how terrible that is?
I ask everyone please not to judge me on this, i admit what i did was an very stupid thing to say and was a lapse in judgement on my part but that does not make me a bad person not does it mean i would do anything to hurt the children that i care about.

I was Graeme's employer last year. He watched over my 2 children, ages 6 and 3. My kids loved him and I felt completely confident in leaving them with him. Graeme and I have kept in contact since he left and I consider him a close friend. I was shocked when he told me about this woman's treatment of him. Graeme is very loving and caring and truly cares about the children he looks after. He would NEVER intentionally harm them.
