| stephanie seemed to place more importance on chatting to her boyfriend on msn, than being attentive to our daughter at times when she was meant to be caring for our three year old. she had been asked not to use the internet at times when she was with our child on several occasions, but continued to do it.
i asked her to leave after my wife came home to find stephanie on the internet in her room while my 3 yr old daughter was left in the bath alone. When asked, she said she had gone to check her phone for messages, which i thought was wholly irresponsible, and criminally negligent.
She used the private mobile we gave her to be contacted by us, and for use in emergency, and advertised the number on the web without thinking to ask us.
Generally i would advise that she never has sole charge of young children, as i dont feel she is responsible enough to make them a priority.
