Our kids loved her because they could do whatever they wanted, there was no structure provided to them and there were no rules enforced. I repeatedly came home to a house full of neighborhood kids bouncing on furniture, running through the house, nothing having been picked up, and no homework done. On top of it, Kim went back up north to visit her family for a long weekend and while she was gone she sent me an email on Sunday stating that she was not coming back, leaving me without childcare starting Monday. I did speak with her repeatedly about this lack of professionalism and she simply did not see why I had an issue with her abruptly leaving with no notice. Beware, I found her to be extremely unprofessional and not strong enough to enforce rules with the kids. She provided nothing more than an adult in the house in case of an emergency.
