We have used GreatAuPair.com for the aupair that is currently staying with us, and we believe we have been very lucky, not only with the quick and easy process (thanks to the webpage) but also with our aupair, as she is really good with the kids and she became part of the family in just a couple of days. Overall we are very happy and in fact, we are now looking for a second aupair, as she will be finishing her term in September. I strongly recommend being an aupair for all young people willing to travel and get to know new cultures, and I recommend families to hire an aupair, as they provide a much better environment for the kids than hiring the typical "professional/foreign" nanny that you can hire locally.
