My family has used GreatAuPair since 2005 to find aides for my disabled wife. Unfortunately Tricia passed away three months ago. Without the help of GreatAuPair she would have very likely ended up in a costly nursing home. With this site's help Tricia was able to remain comfortably in our home. In all there were 13 "au pairs." And, to be perfectly honest, 12 of them worked out wonderfully and all of them remain friendly with our family to this day. The 13th was so-so. All-in-all a great track record! Each one of these au pairs started out looking for child care work until I converted them to our own needs. That in itself made our situation unique and tricky. GreatAuPair must work even better when actual child care is involved. I recommend it highly. John
