We found a lovely young lady to come and be part of our family - we feel very fortunate and she is wonderful with the kids, a joy to have around and very patient and flexible. This process of finding the right someone can be time consuming but the accessibility on the website is great. We did have a false start - if you meet someone and feel they are a great fit and it doesn't work out can be disappointing ( our kids were quite upset by a last minute change of mind regarding timelines that were just not going to work for us as a family) so you need to really be sure that the aupairs are clear about what they want and that the timelines work. Best of luck - there are many very lovely aupairs looking for an experience and the website set up ( profile and questionnaire ) allows you to get some insights into their FIT for your family...makes it more straightforward to select some favorites!
